Customers may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle to prevent future charges. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date.
Due to the digital nature of the services provided, payments are generally non-refundable once services have been activated or delivered.
Customers agree not to use Creekstone Trading LLC services for spam messaging, unlawful communications, harassment, or any activity that violates telecommunications regulations.
By contacting Creekstone Trading LLC or requesting service, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry or service request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
